Full Moon Gathering.

Red Tent and Women's Circles are about something that can happen when women showing an open mind gather... a chance to just 'be', to listen and to be heard, to be seen and to accept others. Red Tent fulfills a very important role within the community. Its a place where women gather to learn and practise there feminine gifts. Writer Brene Brown tells of a village where all the women of the village washed clothes togther down by the river. When they all got washing machines, there was a sudden outbreak of depression among the women and no one seemed to know why.

The Culprit wasnt the washing machines,  it was the lack of time spent togther, the absence of community!

Compassion fatigue is inevitable for us as women, since we hold everyone else - emotionally and psychologically. By having a regular window to discharge pent-up tension, we can sustain our role as nurturers.  As women we need this connection, we need a place of nurture, a safe space to be heard without judgment. To ensure a safe 'container ', whatever is shared in circle 'stays in circle'- this honours each persons privacy.

We all want authentic connection  and just showing up as YOU is enough ❤️. We welcome you just as you are, whatever you have going on in your life, we support you. These new/full moon gatherings are ancient and can be incredibly powerful and healing.

The gift of being seen

The strength of the sharing circle enables us to - connect with our authentic truth, through connecting with our feelings. To be seen and heard, which is deeply healing. Feeling held energetically and emotionally if we experience emotion. Review the previous months by reflecting on our experiences and lessons. Process our past experiences. Learn from the collective group and develope compassion and love.

In the Red Tents I create a safe space for you to come along and experience a circle of like-minded women being open, vulnerable and brave, women do not want to leave!
