About Me
My name is Jodine (meaning The Praised one), and I am the founder and facilitator of The Red Tent, Emsworth and Portsmouth.

This journey was birthed from my inner longing to embrace meaningful and authentic connection. Driven by a passion to bring women together and my fundamental belief that by sharing our hearts, minds and souls and allowing ourselves to be seen, heard and accepted, this contributes and enables us to experience growth and healing at a deeper level.

So, who am I…? First and foremost, I am a Mother to three very different, incredible boys. They have been, are, and continue to be, my greatest teachers and I feel truly blessed to have been gifted this role. Although the boys have kept me busy, I’ve had many roles and positions over the years that have supported and enabled my path thus far, whilst also tapping into my personal development and spiritual growth.

I am a qualified counsellor. As well as this I possess the gift of energetic healing, as a Reiki practitioner, creative coach, facilitator of womens workshops & circles and social entrepreneur, I’m pretty skilled in transformational practices.

Red Tent, Emsworth, was born in 2017 and our groups have grown and evolved in that time to become a solid reliable group for women to get support and connection. I’ve had the absolute pleasure of holding sacred space for hundreds of women through these circles, connecting us to each other & the earth, by gathering under the New Moon and reconnecting us to source.
As Women we are powerful creators, we were designed to literally create life, and this makes it so important for us to cultivate, explore and nurture one-another and ourselves. As daughters, mothers and sista’s, we often put the needs of others before ourselves, and this is a space for you…
Our gatherings vary from month to month, offering a different theme, event and location. However, our main feature is the sharing circle, giving us the opportunity to bring our life struggles, and just be. Here you are witnessed and heard. I am guided to use a range of tools, ancient techniques and modern practices to take us through each session. These could include; Smudging, Oracle cards, Meditation, Creative exploration, Reflection time and (my favourite) Cacao.
