The Red Tent is simply a gathering of women of all ages and backgrounds. A chance to come together at the time of the new moon, when women are most in need of connection, support, rest and reflection.

 

It's a space for women to find time to just be where they are, meet other women in their community and enjoy the opportunity to share in a deeper way than they might usually do.

The Red Tent is a timeless tradition observed by ancient cultures where woman can go deep within to connect with their true authentic selves. Traditionally, girls would enter the Red Tent as soon as their bodies began to cycle with the moon. Here they would learn about womanhood, their cycles and femininity.

For centuries women have gathered in circles to heal their wounds, share their stories, pass down the mysteries of womanhood and to support and empower one another.
